Parker Solar Probe by Denise Wright's cl

Using Augmented Reality software and its Merge Cube function, students in Denise Wright's Earth & Space Science class made this model of the Parker Solar Probe. They then applied it to presentations on the probe's changing motion around the Sun.

The Sun is too bright to be observed safely with a standard telescope. Projection techniques such as this arrangement provide a safe solution to viewing the magnified Sun.
